Opening a support ticket as authorized user

To receive technical support from us the tickets must first request from an authorized person.

The hosting account holder can open a support ticket:


- either by the web interface after it has authenticated with username and password 

- or by sending an email to an email address that is registered with us


If you wish to authorize third parties to contact support and/or use your account from your client account can add new contacts (with different email address). To add new contacts, click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen and select Contacts / Secondary Accounts.

For security reasons we have to refuse requests for assistance that are not received from an authorized person.
